How long will it take to recieve my order?

All of our products are made to order. This means that we have to physically embroider each item per order. This takes time, however we aim to get your item(s) out as quickly as we possibly can. Turnaround timeframe is stated in the announcement banner at the top of the webpage.

I would like a custom order, is this possible?

If you would like something that we don't yet offer, please just drop us an email at marnieandcoapparel@gmail.com and we will do our best to create the embroidered piece you are looking for.

Do you help with designing or digitizing the artwork?

Yes, we offer design services and can also digitise your logo or artwork for embroidery.

There will be a small fee for this service.

Do you offer bulk order/wholesale discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts on larger orders. The more items you order, the better the discount.

I have a problem, how can I get in touch?

If there is an issue with your order or there is just something that isn't right please email us at marnieandcoapparel@gmail.com and we will do our upmost to resolve your issue.

We do have a no refund/exchange policy because all items are made to order. However, if there is a defect or fault to your item we will make it right.
