So… I Started a Blog
Because I needed a space to say more than a caption ever could
It’s late August. That weird in-between season where you're still wearing sandals but secretly eyeing up your jumper drawer. Everything feels like it’s shifting. Summer’s winding down, routines are creeping back in, and I guess… I felt ready for something new.
So - I started a blog.
Not because I think I’ve got it all figured out (I definitely don’t), but because there’s only so much you can squeeze into an Instagram caption. Honestly? There’s stuff I want to say. Stuff I want to share. Stuff that deserves a little more space.
What This Blog Is (and Isn’t)
This won’t be polished or perfect.
It’s not going to be all “10 tips for productivity” or “how to grow your business in 30 days.”
Instead, you’ll find:
-
Honest thoughts from behind the scenes
-
The real stuff that fuels Marnie&Co - the slow days, the inspiration, the chaos
-
A bit of Cornwall, a bit of motherhood, a lot of heart
-
What I’m working on, what I’m loving, what’s helping me feel more like myself
It’ll probably be a bit messy. A bit rambly. Hopefully comforting. Kind of like a journal I decided to share with the internet.
Why Now?
Because everything’s changing.
My daughter starts school next week. Autumn is just around the corner. Marnie&Co is heading into its biggest season yet. And I guess I just needed somewhere to process all of that. To write it down, to make it real, to connect with the people who get it.
So if you’re into slow fashion, seasonal feelings, and a bit of cosy chaos - you’re in the right place.
Thanks for being here. Truly.
Whether you’ve been following from the start or you’ve just stumbled across this by accident - I hope this blog becomes a space that feels like a deep breath. A soft landing. A reminder that you don’t have to be loud to be meaningful.
I’ll be back soon with a new post. Until then - light the early candle, make a cup of tea and give yourself a bit of grace. This season doesn’t have to start with a bang. It can start with a blog.
Talk soon,
Tiana x
